On April 1, 2017 the logins for Authorized Dealers were updated and previous dealer logins deactivated.

Authorized Dealers:  Obtain the new login by visiting the Dealer Center (under Training > Satellite Install Training) or by logging into the Dealer LMS.  You can also contact Retail Services (retailservices@directv.com) to obtain the new login.

Do not use the “Lost your password” link above if your account has not yet been activated.  After registering, you must wait for an email that says “User Activated”.  If you have not received a “User Activated” email after one business day, please fill out the Contact Us form.

Forgot your password?

  • Subcontractors, contact your local office.
  • Dealers and dealer employees, log into retailer.directv.com or Dealer LMS website, or contact Retail Services (retailservices@directv.com) to obtain the password.

DOCK Users:  This Training website is separate and independent from the DOCK. DOCK logins will not work on this Training website.  Please follow the registration instructions below for access.

Inactive Accounts:  All accounts that have not been used in the past 6 months will be deactivated.  To keep your account active, log into the website at least once every 6 months.  To request an account reactivation, please fill out the Contact Us form.

Registration Instructions

This website is closed to the general public.  You must belong to one of the three groups below to access this website.  If you do not belong to one of the three groups and have a legitimate business reason to request access, please send an email to admin@satinstalltraining.com and include a brief explanation.  Allow up to one business day to activate your account.

 

Group 1.  AT&T, DIRECTV, HSP, Distributor and Pre-selected Partners

Only employees of AT&T, DIRECTV, HSPs, Distributors and Pre-selected Partners may register below using their COMPANY EMAIL address.  Use of non company-provided email will not be accepted.  Allow up to one business day to activate your account.

 

Group 2.  Authorized Dealers, Dealer Employees or Dealer Subcontractors

Do not register below.  Dealers may obtain their login by any method below:

  1. Log into retailer.directv.com, then from the Dealer Center, click on Training > Satellite Install Training
  2. Log into Dealer Learning Management System (Dealer LMS)
  3. Contacting Retail Services at retailservices@directv.com or 800-323-1994

Please distribute this login with your employees and subcontractors.  Logins are refreshed quarterly, so be sure to login to the Dealer Center, Dealer LMS or contacting Retail Services after the expiration date to receive your new login.  Do not register below as your registration will not be accepted.

 

Group 3.  Subcontractors for DIRECTV or HSPs

Do not register below.  Subcontractors may obtain their login by contacting the Site Manager or Site Trainer at their local office.  Do not register below as your registration will not be accepted.
